Mariana holds a Master’s Degree in International and European Litigation from the Université Paris-Nanterre – Paris (2017), a specialization in Private International Law from the Université Paris II: Panthéon-Assas – Paris (2016), and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio (2014);
She also completed a specialization course in international arbitration – Arbitration Academy – in Paris;

Advised a major company in two arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) involving investment in telecommunications in Brazil;
Advised a company in a multimillion-dollar arbitration proceeding before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) concerning the breach of a shareholders’ agreement;
Advised a company in a multimillion-dollar arbitration proceeding before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) regarding the non-payment of an amount designated by a take-or-pay clause;
Advised company in two parallel arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Cour d’Arbitrage de Côte d’Ivoire (CACI) involving investment in Africa.
