  • Advised a company in a multimillion-dollar arbitration proceeding before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) concerning the breach of a shareholders’ agreement;
  • Advised a company in a multimillion-dollar arbitration proceeding before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) regarding the non-payment of an amount designated by a take-or-pay clause;
  • Advised company in two parallel arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Cour d’Arbitrage de Côte d’Ivoire (CACI) involving investment in Africa.
